A continuation of the manga "Shiritsu Kiwamemichi Koko", this story follows Tora of his quest to become the most notorious gangster in all of Japan. When he encounters Gakubo Masa, the boss of the Gokumasa family, he immediately admires him and joins the family on their rampages. Full on both laughter and violence, the manga takes reader everywhere from a juvenile reformatory all the way to the halls of the Diet.
