Yuuta Sato accidentally discovers that childhood friend Rinko Uenohara contracted a very rare illness called the "Kissing Disease". The disease forces the person to kiss someone of the opposite sex at regular intervals or die! Yuuta decides that he is going to keep her alive no matter what. Will he succeed?
